I made myself a smoothy with an apple, a pear, apple juice, oat milk, apple sauce, pickles and cranberries!! I think this might be a good way to eat more fruits and vegetables, bc rn i almost never eat vegetables bc i hate their texture, and i can't get myself to eat fruits often enough bc idk, it's bothersome

Anyways, i'm thinking that it might be cool to make stuff like spaghetti, bread, bean, falaffel smoothies too, for when i am too tired to prepare food in any other way that doing it. I could even throw vegan cordon bleu into it

Actually you know this food pyramid that's divided into equally sized building blocks, and shows you how much food to eat of every type? I could easily fulfill this pyramid and become the healthiest enby alive if i developed a different smoothy (with ingredients that i can variate daily) for each of these building blocks, and just take all of my food in the form of these smoothies

here's an image of how a healthy vegetarian diet should look like, according to wikipedia. most parts is stuff like bread, noodle, rice etc., then comes stuff like beans and soy (yummy!), then there's stuff like fruits and vegetables, and then there's lower dosages of nuts, plant oils (should i literally drink sunflower oil and olive oil out of the bottle?? or what is their idea), and at the top dairy and eggs (there is no image transcroption bc i explained it here already)
it also mentions supplementing the eggs and milk part with vitamin B12 if one is also vegan, which is funny bc ppl who are on CPA should also take vitamin B12 supplements, and i feel like there's a huge abmount of ppl who are both here xD
so anyways, what i am getting at is that i think it would be interesting (?) to just always make smoothies from food stuff ingredients every day (with different ingredients every time ofc) to achieve this diet, and drink these smoothies on like 3-4 occasions a day, bc that's the number of meals you are supposed to eat
it would probably weaken ones jaws, tho, bc one wouldn't use their muscles anymore. one way around this would be to just, like, train the jaw like some kind of oral body builder, but this isn't really practicable i guess, so one solution might be to make cookies from the smoothies by pouring flour into them (problem: baking destroys many vitamins), or to eat whole grain noodles (as part of the fibre part of the diet) with some of the other smoothies as a tomato sauce supplement

so let's go with 12 liters per day
a smoothy should be around 50% food (the stuff you blend), and 50% fluid. let's say you achieve this ratio by filling the blender with a certain amunt of food, and fill fluid into the bender so that the fluid level is half the food level (if that makes sense?)
the graphic i uploaded in my previous post talks about 5-12 servings of whole grain, but i think this number is kinda too high since it's been shown by now that the importance of whole grains has been overestinated in the past and the importance of veggies and fruits underestimated. so you should prolly take smth near the uppe rlevel for fruits/veggies and near the lower level for whole grains.
so essentially one serving is around the size of ones fist, apparently, so we're gonna have to fist our way through converting this to litres. a fist has between 100ml and 250ml in size, and i will go with 250ml in the following calculations since my fist is larger than i'd like it to be.
so let's assume 3 servings of soy/legumes, 7 servings of whole grains, 8 servings of vegetables, 4 servings of fruits, 2 servings of nuts, 1 serving of plant oils and then some amount of dairy/eggs if you're not vegan, but we will ignore this since some ppl are vegans
i think it's be best to make 5 smoothies out of this per day (this says nothing about the volume of each one, just about how we divide this into separate "dishes") as follows: 1 smoothie for the vegetables (different ingredients every day), one smoothie for the fruits (different ingredients every day), and three "savory" smoothies (that's how i will call them), each of whom composed of a combination of the remaining 4 building blocks of the food pyramid (each one with different ingredients every day). the reason why we don't make one smoothy for every building block each is that (a) we can't make a smoothy from plant oils individually, since that's just be regular plant oils then, (b) we can't make a smoothy from nuts and seeds individually since the blender doesn't properly grab them, and (c) every building block of the pyramid except for vegetables and fruits would be disgusting if we tried to make a smoothy from it individually.
so the vegetable smoothie would contain 4 litres of fruits (and consequently 4 litre of added fluid to make the result drinkeable), the fruit smoothy would contain 2 litres of fruits (and consequently 2 litres of added fluid), and the other ones would, in combination, contain 13 litres of food, so 4.3 litres each, and accordingly the same amount of additional fluid.
i think it would be best to prepare the three savory smoothies all at the same time to make sure the different building blocks of the food pyramid are weighted correctly in them. it would also be idea (probably?) to drink one savory smoothy each for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and to drink the vegetarian smoothy and the fruit smoothy throughout the day.
so, to get back at the fluid we add to the smoothies to ensure that hey are smoothies rather than dry food mud, or stuff. as previously discussed the total amount of added fluid would be 19 litres, which is more than an amab person should drink during the day according to The Internet, so we should probably use smth like oat milk or soy milk or gazpacho as fluid in some smoothies, which we could then reduce from the number of food we eat from whatever building block these belong to i guess, or we could just go with a lower estimate for the fist size, which might be the better way to solve the problem.
anyways i'm pretty sure this is a pretty terrible diet plan considering i don't know anything about food and put this together in like *checks watch* 37 minutes, but i think it would be cool if either i tried it and had good experiences with it, or some fitness fanatics tried it and had terrible experiences with it, lmao
