if you accidentally oversalt your spaghetti one thing you can do to fix it is fry some vegan chicken nuggets and then mix them into the finished spaghetti (perhaps each nugget halfed) and then pretend that the nuggets are seafood and that you are eating vegan seafood spaghetti and that the saltyness comes from it being a seafood dish (after all the sea is salty).
it won't fix the taste, but it allows you to reclaim your mistake and pretend that it wasn't a mistake, which might help to aleviate the sadness that comes with having fucked up during cooking (i used this trick twice in the past and it worked wonderfully for me)
